11 November 2008 Tremorfa assists the reduction of Carbon Footprints
Two companies have agreed to combine their expertise to offer businesses a renewable energy package that will not only meet their carbon reduction targets, but reduce energy costs.
Tremorfa has combined its knowledge and expertise in Renewable Energy with Kingspan Renewables to install, design and maintain Photovoltaic electricity generation systems and Solar Thermal Vacuum Tubes.
Kingspan Renewables is the UK’s largest manufacturer of Solar Thermal Vacuum Tubes. The Welsh Assembly Government helped link the two companies who have installed Solar Thermal technology into Environment Agency Wales buildings, thereby reducing water heating costs within the restaurant areas by 60%.
The unique design of the solar collectors ensures the most effective transfer of energy into heat. The Kingspan Thermomax solar collectors outperform traditional flat plate collectors by providing heat not only on warm, sunny days but also in cold, windy or humid conditions.
By combining their strengths, Tremorfa can now offer a cost effective Renewable Energy package to both the public and private sectors. Solar thermal hot water heating is one of Europe’s fastest growing renewable technologies with evacuated thermal tube technology recognised as one of the most effective methods of conversion and twice as efficient as traditional flat plate.
Tremorfa is also assisting clients with harnessing the Sun’s energy and converting it into electricity. Clients in the UK and Europe are working with Tremorfa in order to develop their own in-house power capabilities.
Tremorfa will provide support and look to maximise funding opportunities and negotiate Power
Purchase agreements in order to develop your
project opportunity.
