01 October 2009 Tremorfa score a hat- trick for Green Accreditations!
We are delighted to announce that Tremorfa has successfully been awarded three significant accreditations in the past 2 weeks.
BS EN ISO14001 specifies the actual requirements for an Environmental Management System (EMS) which provides a framework for an organisation to control the environmental impact of its activities, products and services. Boasting this accreditation, Tremorfa can make a powerful statement about the company’s environmental credentials and assure clients, business partners and employees alike that we are pro-active in our approach to the environment. ISO 14001 is imperative for any organisation that intends to bid for public sector work.
Tremorfa is also now a member of the REAL Assurance Scheme , a scheme set up by the Renewable Energy Association. It aims to guarantee a high quality experience for consumers wishing to buy or lease small generation units for their home, for a community building or for commercial/ industrial buildings. REAL membership is a sign that the supplier has agreed to abide by the high standards as set out in the Consumer Code. The REAL logo is a symbol of professional excellence and shows that Tremorfa is committed to providing its clients with the highest quality customer service and the most appropriate systems for each clients needs.
The Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) in particular, demonstrates Tremorfa’s commitment to carbon reduction via the expansion of our renewable energy systems operations. The MCS is a European led initiative through the UK Government’s ‘Department of Energy and Climate Change’ to drive a high standard and consistent approach towards renewables installations. We have already designed and installed systems for a number of high profile clients and have developed a significant list of opportunities that are currently proceeding and we are eager to enter into discussions with organisations or clients who are interested in reducing both their carbon footprint and energy costs.
Tremorfa Managed Services’ Commercial Director, Richard Jenkins, has done an excellent job gaining these accreditations in such a short period of time. He says,
“Gaining these accreditations demonstrates that Tremorfa is fully committed to renewable energy and can now offer a comprehensive service to its customers from feasibility through to funding options, design and installation as well as ongoing maintenance and real-time remote energy usage/contribution monitoring. We are extremely proud to have achieved the accreditations and the implementation of their operational and customer services requirements mean that our customers can be fully assured that our renewable energy products and services will be of the highest possible standard whilst being extremely competitive.”
