We’re seeking experienced Fire and Security Service & Maintenance Engineers to support the ongoing reliability of fire and security and fire systems across commercial and industrial sites. This role focuses on planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, reactive repairs, and minor remedial works, ensuring systems remain fully compliant, safe, and operational. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, delivering high standards of technical expertise and customer service.

Head of Service Operations
We're looking for an experienced Head of Service Operations to lead our Service and Maintenance division, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services that meet business objectives, customer expectations, and contractual commitments.
In this leadership role, you'll oversee the end-to-end operation of our service function, driving operational performance, engineering coordination, compliance, and continuous improvement. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you'll ensure service delivery is efficient, commercially effective, and aligned with the highest standards of safety, governance, and customer care.
You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, using data and performance insights to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our service operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring our customers' sites remain safe, secure, and fully operational.

Bid Manager
We're looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end tender process, producing high-quality, compelling submissions that help secure new business and support the continued growth of our company.
This is a collaborative role where you'll work closely with operational teams, estimators, procurement, finance, compliance, and senior leadership to develop winning bids that are commercially competitive, fully compliant, and tailored to customer requirements. You'll oversee multiple tenders simultaneously, ensuring every submission is delivered on time, to the highest standard, and aligned with our brand and values.
As a key member of the team, you'll drive continuous improvement across our bidding processes, using data, market insights, and emerging technologies to enhance quality and increase success rates. You'll play a vital role in strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping position the business for long-term growth across both public and private sector markets.
