Chris Hillman
Chris has worked for Tremorfa for 14 years and has considerable experience in Project Management, Electronic and Physical Security systems and Electrical Data.
As National Accounts Contract Manager, Chris has responsibility for the services we deliver to one of our largest clients, Virgin Media O2. His vast experience in this field has not built strong client and contractor relationships but also ensures the successful delivery of all our client projects, which are a testament to his skills and dedication.

Daniel Williams
Dan has worked at Tremorfa for 8 years, having started as an Apprentice he now has over 16 years experience in our industry.
As head of department, and with the support of his experienced team, Dan is responsible for the successful delivery of all Mechanical and Electrical projects. From Design through to completion he ensures high-quality and efficient solutions for our clients.
Head of Fire & Security
Lewis Bailey
Lewis joined Tremorfa in 2021 as a surveyor with 16 years experience installing Fire, Security and automation systems. He started his career in the industry as an apprentice and progressing to Surveyor and is now head of our Fire and Security department.
Lewis is responsible for a team of 19 engineers and office staff and from design through to aftercare services, he leverages his expertise in delivering fire safety and security solutions to safeguard our clients' assets and ensure their protection.
Senior Gate Automation Engineer
Jason Lee
Jason joined Tremorfa in 1999 as a trainee electrician supporting numerous automated security system projects. Jason gained extensive experience and knowledge in this field and has worked as a Senior Gate Automation Engineer for several years.
With over 25 years experience Jason is a highly respected engineer. Whilst leading in the design, installation and maintenance of new systems, Jason provides invaluable guidance to our team of engineers who deliver planned and reactive services to our customers for an extensive range of automated doors, roller shutters and barrier installations.
Security Director
Tony Maggs
Tony is our Security Director heading up the specialist security division. Tony joined us in 2023 from the College of Policing. He has extensive experience providing specialist consultancy, supporting numerous clients deliver secure facilities across the UK. His team specialise in all aspects of electronic and physical security delivery from project inception through to construction and beyond.
Specialist Security Projects Lead
Jonathan Wyatt
Jonathan joined Tremorfa in 2019 and is experienced in project delivery across electrical and electronic sectors. He specialises in detailed project design working with large construction houses, architects and consultants. Jonathan is also Tremorfa's lead on project "soft landings" providing a bespoke service supporting client needs.
Engineering Support Administrator
David Cleaver
David joined Tremorfa in 2016 coming from a security engineer background. David has responsibility for reviewing contract drawings with Tremorfa's CAD department and issues drawings to our engineers. David ensures technical documents are issued to clients and supports the wider team with his extensive technical knowledge.

Alex Furness
Alex has worked for Tremorfa since 2014 and has over 15 years contract management experience in the Electrical Contracting and Fire and Security industry.
As National Accounts Manager Alex has responsibility for a number of National clients in the Police, Corporate and Retail sectors. He is adept in building and maintaining relationships with key clients. He is accredited with a number of Health, Safety and Environment and International Organisation Standards which enable him to add value across numerous compliance areas of our business.
Financial Controller
Luke Hill
Luke joined Tremorfa in August 2024, bringing with him 18 years experience as a Financial Controller. His ongoing objectives are ensuring that the finance department operates efficiently and provides strategic financial insight, empowering the business to achieve its growth objectives.
Luke’s expertise in financial management positions him to be a vital contributor to Tremorfa’s ongoing success.
Senior Service and Maintenance Engineer
Gareth Donovan
Gareth joined Tremorfa in 2015 as a Fire & Security Engineer working for our Service and Maintenance department.
As a multi skilled and highly experienced engineer, Gareth works with a team of engineers and office based professionals providing planned preventative maintenance and 24/7 emergency reactive services to our clients. Gareth's commitment to excellent customer service ensures he consistently adds value to our client contracts.
