Our Approach

Introduction

This project was completed through TPS Construction for Cambrian United F.C. The project objective was to enhance player amenities by upgrading the existing changing rooms. The expansion included an extension with two new changing rooms, shower areas, and a gym, providing improved facilities for the club's athletes

Our approach

Implementation

As a Design & Build project, meticulous planning was essential to meet all the football club’s requirements. Close coordination across Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, and Security elements was crucial but streamlined, as all aspects were handled and delivered in-house.

Our approach

Installation

We had to remain agile throughout the project, adapting promptly to any changes that arose. As layouts and room functions were modified at various stages, we carefully reviewed and adjusted these areas as needed to ensure each space met its intended purpose.

Our approach

Completion

The project was finished to an exceptional standard, providing players with a facility that aligns with the football club's evolving needs and fosters a supportive environment for health, fitness, and community engagement.

Our approach

Testimonial

The project was successfully handed over at the end of November 2023, meeting the deadline smoothly and without issues. During this period, demonstrations of the installed systems were conducted for the client to ensure a seamless transition to full operational use.
