Our Approach

Introduction

We became aware of this project opportunity through one of the tendering portals we subscribe to. The tendering process involved conducting a site survey and preparing a competitive quotation. This was accompanied by a series of quality questions, which we answered thoroughly. Our responses were scored, leading to a successful overall outcome.

Our approach

Implementation

After securing the project, we assigned our highly skilled team to ensure its successful execution. Their main objective was to deliver a high-quality installation while adhering to both budget constraints and the established timeline.  Working in occupied accommodations made effective communication with site staff and residents a top priority, to ensure that all work throughout the project would be completed with minimal disturbances.

Our approach

Installation

We installed temporary plant and services to accommodate the removal of existing systems. Following this, we installed the new boiler plant and services, and subsequently transitioned from the temporary plant to the new one. New radiators were installed in the flats, and the new services were activated and balanced. The existing lighting installation was removed, and temporary lighting was set up in its place. We replaced the suspended ceiling grid throughout the area and upgraded the communal LV distribution boards. Additionally, new LED lighting and small power outlets were installed throughout the communal areas

Our approach

Completion

By leveraging our teams expertise and meticulous attention to detail, we ensured that every aspect of the project was completed to the highest standards, fulfilling all client expectations and requirements.

Our approach

Testimonial

Dean Powell, Commercial Manager at Newydd Housing Association

“Tremorfa upgraded the heating, water distribution systems, and lighting at our independent living scheme in Penarth. The team was not only professional but also very friendly, and got to know some of the residents by name, which is invaluable in a service for older people. Despite the challenges of working in limited space and a tight budget, they maintained high standards and never cut corners. We are very pleased with the quality of their work.”
