Installation of new Fire Detection & Alarm system and Grade 3 Intruder Alarm at Historic Grade II listed building
Following failure of the existing intruder alarm system and certain components of the fire alarm, we collaborated with Cardiff Council to recommend a new Grade 3 wired intruder alarm system, coupled with a partial upgrade to the fire detection system
All works were carried out at night to minimise disruption and risk to the public
Our successful install and upgrade included the installation of OSID beam detection technology.
“Cardiff Council appointed Tremorfa to install new fire and intruder alarm systems at Cardiff Market. Cardiff Market is a multi-tenanted Grade II* listed building that see’s over 2.5 million visits a year so ensuring that the installations did not affect the building or its traders was extremely important. Tremorfa were professional throughout the installations and recommended very robust systems that could cope with the extreme temperatures of the market. I would not hesitate to recommend Tremorfa, their knowledge and expertise are second to none.” - Louise Thomas, Market Manager
