Design

Our Approach

Introduction

The provision of a new build, cutting-edge transport hub for Rhondda Cynon Taf.

A Design and Build project that involved multiple teams within Tremorfa from conception through to completion.

Our approach

Implementation

Taking the lead, our Mechanical and Electrical team coordinated internal adjudication, value adding and design meetings with our fire and security teams to plan the most effective approach.

Our approach

Installation

Tremorfa engaged and worked with multiple stakeholders throughout this project, including the main contractor, Transport for Wales and the local council to ensure that we delivered an exceptional final product across all services.

Our approach

Completion

Following a critical path to completion, we consistently and carefully evaluated our resources and programme; identifying areas where we could advance independently of other dependancies and trades, to ensure a continuous workflow and successful completion.

Our approach

Testimonial

The project was seamlessly handed over at the conclusion of November 2023, meeting the deadline without any complications. Demonstrations of the installed systems were carried out for the client during the handover period to facilitate an efficient transition to operational use.
