Installation of 750+ device Grade 3 Intruder Alarm

Our Approach

Starting Out

Multiple pre-start meetings and surveys were held to meticulously plan the complex and comprehensive works

Our approach

Implementation

We worked our way through the 7 floors systematically from the basement utilising a mix of night and weekend work to minimise disruption.

Forecast of upcoming tasks were presented, facilitating continuous progress tracking and fostering strong communication between ourselves and the client

Our approach

Challenges

The presence of often priceless artifacts meant we encountered regular challenges when working around these pieces. We worked collaboratively with the museum to secure these iteams and arrange access to high-risk or challenging areas

Our approach

Success

We maintained flexibility by adjusting our working hours to accommodate any access-related challenges and combining normal working hours, with night shifts when the site was closed to the public.

All visible containment and detection devices were colour matched and painted or wrapped to match the surroundings to seamlessly blend with the existing backgrounds
