Dyfed Powys Police via CBRE required the installation of a new sliding gate.
This comprehensive project included various building and electrical works, including the setup of CCTV, intercom systems, and access control.

Bidding
We initially submitted a tender for this work and were successful in winning the bid.
CBRE approached us to quote for the comprehensive list of services, and after submitting our pricing, we secured the project. Following that, we held a pre-start meeting to discuss the project requirements.
Following a pre-start meeting, we scheduled the works, ensuring compliance with welfare provisions and CDM regulations.

Installation
We delivered a wide range of services, encompassing the installation of both physical and electronic security measures.
Tremorfa ensured that all necessary and mandatory permits, including lifting plans, hot works, and electrical permits, were obtained before initiating the designated tasks at the site. This proactive approach prevented any delays in the commencement of the works.
Throughout the project, weekly progress meetings were conducted with both CBRE and Dyfed Powys Police to monitor and ensure progress according to the schedule.

The project proceeded seamlessly, and it was successfully completed on schedule within a month. The project concluded with a thorough handover meeting to finalise all aspects of the works.
