Gwent Police were looking to significantly improve their facilities at Ystrad Mynach Police Station and upgrade the cabling, cell call, affray alarms and client workstations. Gwent Police engaged Tremorfa due to our proven expertise in this field. Tremorfa have a significant evidence base of working with policing to deliver security systems that compliment not complicate the operating environment.

We innovated, providing new options which the client was pleased to include, and our on-site engineers set to work. We were particularly pleased on this project to integrate two new engineers into the team to widen our ability to deliver as a business unit.

During this project, Tremorfa achieved the police preferred specification and obtained SBD membership. Tremorfa are particularly proud to be recognised by Secured by Design (SBD) for the design, delivery and maintenance of our electronic security systems. Secured by Design is the flagship UK police initiative to help “design out” crime through the use of high quality, innovative products and processes.
