Upgrade and installation of over 1800 organic response, energy efficient LED light fittings and system throughout the site.
Our bid team successfully secured the opportunity by presenting our unique innovations and value propositions during open tender.
As the principal contractor, we integrated CDM 2015 compliance into both our construction and quality management plans, ensuring a comprehensive and well-managed approach.
Due to the elevated security standards at this site, rigorous vetting procedures were essential for all site operatives.
Given our experience working on various high-security sites, we have an in-house security screener dedicated to conducting thorough vetting for each member of our team.
We expertly engineered and installed an innovative organic response lighting system, managing precise lighting levels through remote nodes. This system dynamically adapts to natural light sources, dimming near windows and providing full illumination in darker corners.
Zoning feature optimises system efficiency by deactivating lighting in unoccupied areas while spotlighting active areas. This integrated system empowered our client to utilise a heat mapping portal, providing real-time occupancy insights. This transformative solution results in significant annual savings, reinforcing our dedication to innovation and resource optimisation.
After the successful completion of this project, our ongoing relationships with both the main contractor and end user have thrived and we have subsequently undertaken numerous projects for both clients, utilising various teams and services.
